KE-Burgmann Flexibles India Pvt Ltd was established in the year 2000 at Chennai as a 100% foreign subsidiary of KE-Burgmann A/S, Denmark. We are a group company of Freudenberg GmbH, Germany.

As a part of our targeted and strategic focus, KE-BURGMANN A/S has changed name to “EagleBurgmann Expansion Joint Solutions” from June 2011. In order to extend this focus, we in India are in the process of changing our name to “EagleBurgmann KE Pvt Ltd”.

The company started its operations in 2001 at Chennai with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales & After-Sales Services of Non Metallic Expansion Joints (NMEJ). Presently the company enjoys the resources of well-qualified and well-trained engineers with experience of more than 15-20 years in similar field.

Within just a decade of our active existence in India, we have executed more than 4000 orders from various customers from Power / Cement / Steel / Refineries / Chemicals and other sectors. Our key customers include BHEL, NTPC, L&T, Thermax, IJT, FLSmidth, Ansaldo Caldaie, ThyssenKrupp, Alstom, Loesche, Doosan and many more.  We have a strong Engineering and R&D team having a sharp focus on adopting and designing products suiting best to customer requirements thereby standing true to our new name of providing complete “Expansion Joint Solutions”.

We have a rich experience of executing project orders. We have so far successfully supplied & provided erection supervision services for NMEJ’s for 24x500MW Boilers of NTPC through BHEL. Our regular supplies & services to critical applications like Super Critical Boilers, Heaters, Reformers, Sinter plants, FGD plants etc stand testimony to our capabilities.

Presently we operate in India with 2 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, one at Chennai & the other at Raipur. We have a strong customer-centric sales team operating from our 6 sales offices. We also have a well-trained & strategically located service team which can be mobilized to reach any site within just 48 hours of customer intimation.

In keeping with our vision of providing a one-stop solution to our customer’s expansion joint requirements, we have decided to diversify our product range to include “METALLIC EXPANSION JOINTS AND RUBBER BELLOWS”.  Please stay tuned for our periodic updates on our diversification plans.
